- Mounting: Pre-drilled holes included with rubber washers for easy installation
- Adhesive Installation: Request no holes at checkout for adhesive mounting
- Customizations: Special requests like custom colors, font changes, or text beyond 6 characters are considered case-by-case with a minimum $50 fee
- Glaze Colors: Monitor differences and ceramic firing process may cause slight variations in glaze colors
- Handmade Quality: Each tile is individually crafted, allowing for slight variations that add to its uniqueness
- Final Changes: Once production begins, changes to the design cannot be made
- Design Proofs: Available upon request after purchase to ensure satisfaction
- Remake Policy: If the final design isn't satisfactory without a requested proof, a remake is available at 50% of the original cost
