It's the MA-1 jacket from the "Top Gun Special Collectors Edition MA-1 BOX Set" released in 2005, which was a limited edition of 5,000 sets including the MA-1, a helmet bag, and a DVD. This listing is for the MA-1 jacket only.
It is a deadstock item, unused with tags.
